Granulated Rod Filter(Granulated Core Filter)

Granulated rod filter, also known as granulated core filter, is made up of 1cr18Ni9Ti or 304 steel plate seal containers and ceramic granulate rod. The filter is divided into two layers, with the water board placed in between (also called plate). The water board is the device that fixed granulated rod, and also functioning separation effect of liquid (including water).

Usages of Granulated Rod Filter(Granulated Core Filter)

The filter is used in tap water, or deep wells water for filtration, can effectively resistant bacteria and remove the suspended material in water, making the water in accord with country drinking water procedures without cooking. Water after filtering generally called granulated filter water, and can be provided to the school, entertainment, and large rallies, industrial and mining enterprises for direct drinking or preparing beverage. It has remarkable effect in saving fuel, human and cost.

This filter is also widely used for the effects of alcohol wine fluid filtration, pharmaceutical industry to take off the carbon, electronic industry high pure water pretreatment and other industry water treatment, air filtration etc.

Notice in Using Granulated Rod Filter(Granulated Core Filter)

1. To avoid collision scratches, dust and oil pollution.
2. In the use of the working pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure.
3. Normal use, at least 3-5 minutes of low voltage startup time, the relative differential pressure should be controlled below 0.5 Mpa, then will work pressure is transferred to the normal work need (the highest pressure is less than 0.4 Mpa).
4. This product after work run to a certain period, may be due to the filter element jams, cause pressure flow is reduced, need recoil or backwashing regeneration. Regeneration cycle depends on the pressure and flow
