1） There are four lifting eyes on the two compact plates. They are used to lift the Exchanger. The lifting rope can not be lifted on the connect pipe, fixed beam and plates.

2） It should be left about one-meter space to make it more convenient to examine and repair.

3） The heating and cooling medium inlet and outlet hole should be installed completely according to the brand plate orders; otherwise the heating effect will be affected.

4） When installing the pipes, it should be installed the needed valves, pressure gauge and thermograph. The flow rate control valve should be installed at the inlet hole of the Exchanger and the drain valve should be installed at the outlet hole.

5） The Exchanger and pipes should be kept clean, avoiding the sand and stone and welding slag coming into it.

6） When the work medium is not clear, having a little big particle or long staple, the inlet hole should be installed a Filter.

7） When connecting the pipes and welding, the welding ground wire should be placed at the welding point. It is prohibited to place the ground wire for away, making the current loop through the Exchanger and making it destroyed.
