1)      It can be washed without break it up. Use water to wash it with the negative direction of the work medium and the sundries can be rushed out. The pressure of the water should not be higher than the work pressure. It can also be washed with non-corrosive chemical cleaner.

2)      If it is used for a long time, the plate steel will have some deposit sediment and will affect the heat exchange effect, so it should be broken up to clean regularly. When washing, break the plate steel up, use palm brush to wash the surface of the plate steel and also can use the non-corrosive chemical cleaner to wash. Note that it should not be washed with metal brush in case that the plate steel will be injured and affect its corrosion prevention ability

3)      When the Exchanger is used for a period of time and if it loosens, press the compression bolt tightly and evenly to make sure there s no leakage. If the sealing ring burns-in, it must be changed.

4)      The way to change the sealing gasket. Pull down the old sealing gasket, use the gas oil to soak the left mucilage of the sealing groove and clean it up. After it dries, smear the 801 super glue thinly on the groove and the sealing gasket, insert the gasket into the groove, compress it tightly all around. It can be used after 72 hours.
