Classification of Plate Heat Exchanger
Usages of Titanium Plate Heat Exchanger
Plate exchangers are used in oil coolers, to cool the water in engine cooling circuits, for drinking water generators.
Plate heat exchangers are used to control process temperature, heating, cooling the chemical products, evaporators, condensers.
Plate heat exchangers are used in the manufacture of milk, butter, cheese, desserts, honey, yogurts, beer, ices, soft drinks, bottled water and sauces.
Working principle of Titanium Plate Heat Exchanger
Channels are formed between the plates and the corner ports are arranged so that the two media flow through alternate channels. The heat is transferred through the plate between the channels, and complete counter-current flow is created for highest possible efficiency. The corrugation of the plates provides the passage between the plates, supports each plate against the adjacent one and enhances the turbulence, resulting in efficient heat transfer.
