Stainless Steel Storage Tank

This series of stainless steel storage tank is vertical type with single-layer sanitary container equipment. It is the used buffer and liquid storage facilities in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, wine, spices, chemicals, oil and other industries.

Classification of Stainless Steel Storage Tank

1. According to Structure: opening on the head & ramp bottom，opening on the head & conical sealed head on the bottom , up & down conical sealed head, up & down elliptical sealed head.

2. According to Material: there are SUS 304 and SUS316L.

Structure of Stainless Steel Storage Tank

The body of this series of stainless steel tank formed by cylindrical stainless steel, and equipped with sanitary manhole, cleaning ball, liquid level gauge.

1. The equipment is single layer structure.

2. The material is stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L.

1. This tank can be used as liquid storage tank, mixing tank, temporary storage tank, water storage tank and so on.

3. The inner surface is mirror-polished (roughness Ra≤0.4µm); the welding of all kinds of nozzles, endoscopic, manholes and the pot adopt stretch flanging process arc transition, easy to clean with no dead ends, ensure the reliability and stability in the production process.
