2. Fermentation equipment in sterile filter, air filter of the steam pressure shall not exceed 0.17 MPa, or cartridge filters will be damaged and losing the ability to filter

3. Fermentation tank in fermentation process, should ensure that tank pressure does not exceed 0.17 MPa

4. Fermentation tank in the real process of elimination, jacketed steam preheating, must control the inlet steam pressure in the device's working pressure range; otherwise it will cause the damage of the fermentation tank.

5. Fermentation tank in empty and real time must do more than the water in the fermentation tank jacket. Otherwise it may lead to fermentation tank inside cylinder flattening, cause equipment damage; in real time, still can cause excessive condensation water dilution in the culture medium, which cannot meet the process requirements.
