1. The surface and electric control box of the equipment should be protected when it is transported to your place, in case of bad influence caused by colliding and crushing.

2. Look for a level place, place the equipment well, make it vertical to the ground and install it steadily.

3. Connecting the electric control box with 380V voltage and putting conduction oil into the jacketed layer can be ok to work.

4. At the first time, the equipment can only be used after all the component connectors, valves and electric equipment are checked qualifiedly.

5. After checking, connect the electric power, set the needed heating temperature, press the heating button and it will begin to work. The temperature can be easily adjusted according to the technical parameters in the range of the designed work parameter range.

6. When heating, the vent valve of the kettle should be opened all the time. It is strictly prohibited to work in sealing state.

7. When the kettle is finished cooking and is tiling to discharge the product, the conduction oil inlet and outlet should be closed.

8. The material of the welding place of this kettle is abstruse 102 stainless steel and should not use other brand.
