1.       The extracting tank has large bottom area, rapid liquid discharge speed and is not easily blocked. It is provided with automatic deslagging function for the convenient of deslagging.  

2.       The tank cover can automatically open and close to realize the extraction under high temperature and high pressure. The rotary ring type can reach 3Bar, which provides more selections for the extracting technology.

3.       The extracting tank has good anti-leakage device, and is provided with sufficient safety assurance measures. Therefore, it can meet some special extracting requirements, such as pressurization through passing compressed air into the extracting tank or fumigation treatment to the material through passing steam of certain amount of pressure into the extracting tank etc.

4.       The bottom of the extracting tank adopts double-layer filtration boards, which are divided into filtration supporting board and main filtration board. There are long holes of 0.5*10mm distributed on the main filtration board, which are carried out laser machining with smooth surface. The double-layer filtration boards can be opened for the convenience of observation and cleaning. The bottom of the extracting tank is provided with solvent distributing space and diversion parts, which are especially suitable for circulative extraction and transfer of solvent.

5.       The special sight glass with scraping brush is allocated at the top of the extracting tank, which can endure high pressure of the tank. Moreover, the sight glass lamp is separated from the sight glass with better lighting effect and large observation area.

6.       The welding machine type honeycomb jacket is adopted, which has such advantages as small volume and high heat exchange efficiency. It can save about 15% of steam used for heating solvent. The heat preservation jacket can be additionally made outside the honeycomb jacket.

7.       The liquid discharge pipe on the tank cover at the bottom of the extracting tank is made of high quality flexible pipe, which is firmly connected, free of leakage, high temperature resistant（150℃）, free of replacement and free of any maintenance with service life of over 5 years.

8.       The feeding is realized through feeding hopper and large diameter butterfly valve. The butterfly valve is provided with worm gear and worm closing device.

9.       Pneumatic type cover open and close is adopted. Two cylinders of large tension are allocated at the two sides of the extracting tank. When opening the cover, press the cover open button, the cylinder will drive the tank cover to slowly open and the residue will be gradually discharged to the collection car at the bottom of the tank. Just loosen the button, the tank cover will instantly stop. It has good safety and can also control the dropping of residue.

10.   With various heating methods and extracting temperature functions, the equipment can rapidly heat the solvent and accurately control the extracting temperature. Furthermore, various extracting processes can be realized, such as: continuous counter-current filtration, continuous counter-current extraction, dynamic extraction, ordinary boiling extraction (the tank top is provided with two-stage condenser return flow). Various extracting technological processes can completely realize the automatic operation.

11.   It is provided with automatic CIP in-process cleaning device, and sufficient cleaning balls and nozzles are installed inside the equipment to ensure the rapid and through cleaning of the extracting tank.
