All Water Static Type Autoclave

All water static type autoclave is sterilization equipment specially designed for dairy products, juice, beverage or similar flow material to sterilize, is the ideal equipment to extend the shelf life purpose through sterilizing, cooling. According to the users’ different process requirements to the different material heating, cooling, heat sterilization to design process, with various security protection measures, the automatic control process and accurate control.

2. According to heating type, it can be divided into steam heating and electric heating.

3. According to control type, it can be divided into manual control, semiautomatic control and automatic control.

Structure of Autoclave

The sterilization equipment includes body, lid, swivels, tracks, seals, rollers, locking wedge, steam, and nozzle, cooling pipe and valves and so on.

The control system includes PLC control, touch screen and control cabinet.

Accessories includes pallet, pallet trucks, outside carts, circulation pump, water pump, pipe valve.

Usage of Autoclave

It is widely used in meat products, soybean products, egg products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, tea drinks, snack food processing, pharmaceutical industry and other fields.

Characteristics of Autoclave

1. sterilization effect is good, the pot adopts convection hot water circulation design, temperature distribution even, to ensure the quality consistency of products sterilization.

2．pot body made of stainless steel, meet the food hygiene requirements, corrosion resistance, health and nice in appearance, the equipment with long service life.

3．heating time is short, because the water in tank in advance fully heated, when beginning to sterilize products in the pot, just putting the hot water into sterilization pot, add the steam at the same time, shorten the heating time.

4．adopting the touch screen operation, PLC automatic control the whole process of sterilization, from the water supply, temperature rise, sterilizing, cooling to end of sterilization, no manual operation.

5．temperature, pressure and other parameters are controlled by the import instrumentation, control precision, can prevent the packing vessel deformation and damage.

6．recorder records detailed process parameters for quality inspection.
