Computer semi-automatic autoclave is composed of process tank, hot water tank,cold water tank, heat exchangers, various valve, connecting pipeline and PLC touch automatic control system. It sprays fan-type and ribbon-type fluctuations hot water to killed Microsystems, heat spread is quick and even. Autoclave adopts analog temperature control system. Depending on the requirements of different food sterilization, it can set heating, insulating and cooling procedure at any time, so that each kind of food can be sterilized in the best condition.

Classification of Autoclave
1. According to material, there are SUS304 and carbon steel(Q235-B)
2. According to heating type, it can be divided into steam heating and electric heating.
3. According to control type, it can be divided into manual control, semiautomatic control and automatic control.
Structure of Computer Semi-automatic Autoclave
The sterilization equipment includes body, lid, swivels, tracks, seals, rollers, locking wedge, steam, and nozzle, cooling pipe and valves and so on.
The control system includes PLC control, touch screen and control cabinet.
Accessories includes pallet, pallet trucks, outside carts, circulation pump, water pump, pipe valve.
Usages of Computer Semi-automatic Autoclave
1. plastic containers: PP bottle, HDPE bottles.
2. soft bag packaging: tin foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bags, high-temperature cooking bags, etc.

Characteristics of Computer Semi-automatic Autoclave
