The host of automatic tube sterilizer of yogurt is tube type high temperature sterilizer. Classification of Tube Sterilizer
Automatic configuration:it adopts computer procedure to control PLC technology, according to set process requirements, to control whole process of production, with CIP cleaning procedures to automatically clean.
Semi-automatic configuration: the whole process of operation is semi-automatically control. Operator can control the pumps, valves and back flow function on the control panel. By the temperature control PID to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature has a continuous record.
Usages of Tube Sterilizer
This sterilization Equipment is widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, condiments, beer, butter, ice cream, egg products, powder and other products.
Main Configuration of Tube Sterilizer
This unit is mainly composed of material system, high temperature hot water system, degassing system (optional), high pressure homogenization system(optional),CIP system, self-sterilizing aseptic system(optional) and control system and other system components.
Characteristics of Tube Sterilizer
1. the huge viscosity range. The use environment PH value is 1-14. It is suitable for sterile production of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, colored milk, juice, tea drinks, wine, ice cream, soy milk, beverage, jam, butter and other products. The products produced by UHT sterilization system can maintain 3-6 months under normal temperature (do not add any preservatives), thus eliminating the cold chain.
2. the equipment is automatically or semi-automatically controlled by computer with LCD touch screen operation.
3. instantaneous processing maintain the original flavor of the products.
4. PID temperature control system, sterilization temperature
recorded continuously in real time.
