Hot Water Rotary Sterilization Vessel

Structure of Autoclave
The autoclave includes body, lid, swivels, tracks, seals, rollers, locking wedge, steam, and nozzle, cooling pipe and valves and so on.
The control system includes PLC control, touch screen and control cabinet.
Accessories includes pallet, pallet trucks, outside carts, circulation pump, water pump, pipe valve.
Usages of Autoclave
This
sterilization equipment can be used for food sterilization in glass bottles, plastic bottles, cooking bags, cans such as dairy products, beverage, canned food, rice pudding, ham, meat etc.
Characteristics of Autoclave
1. Converting the direction of flow ensures uniform temperature and no dead ends
The cycle water in sterilization pot goes to up, down, left and right totally eight points, uniform conversion ensures the heat distribute for each point from temperature improving, sterilization, temperature reducing and cooling, achieve the best bacterial effect.
2. Fast heating, short sterilization short
This machine adopts two cans hot water cycle, the hot cans can be pre-heated to the desired temperature and then for sterilization, thus reducing the sterilization time. The working medium can be recycled, thereby saving energy, time and labor force, reducing production costs.
3. High sterilization precision
This machine adopts the most advanced technology and Japanese computer components, using hot water cycle to immersion sterilization. In the course of working, the pot temperature, pressure, sterilization time, inlet steam, inlet water, drainage and other processes are all using computer automation. The pot accuracy is about 0.3 degree. Ensure the product color, flavor, nutrients, and keep the original taste.

5. Can be set to one type and multi stage sterilization
According to customers, the products can be set several sterilization stages and temperature cooling stage. The use of bimodal sterilization makes the product suffered the minimum heat, so that each product can be sterilized in a reasonable condition.
6. Function of measuring F
According to different requirements, respectively install computing power which is configured to measure F value. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F value time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve can be saved and printed through data processing software, for use in future production management.
7. Storage of sterilization formula
According to different products, it can set and save hundred of bactericidal formula.
