Yogurt is the curdy product that is lactic acid fermented from the dairy that is added with (or not added) dairy powder (or skimmed dairy powder) with the mutual effect of Germany's lactobacillus Bulgaria subspecies and Streptococcus salivarius thermophilus. The end product must contain large quantities of Lactobacillus.

Classification of the Yogurt
1. Classified according to the package: Glass bottle, plastic bottle, plastic coating carton, plastic film and multilayer extrusion coating paper (aluminum foil)
2. Classification according to the organization state: stirring type yogurt, clouted yogurt, drinking type yogurt.
Drinking Type Yogurt Process Flow:
This drinking type yogurt production line is composed of four sections:
1) Water Treatment Section
Pool---Quartz Sand Filter---Active Carbon Filter---Mechanical Filter---One Stage Reverse Osmosis---Ultraviolet Sterilization---Sterile Storage
2) Raw Material Process Section:
Fresh Milk---Preheat
3) Milk Blending Standardization Section:
Fermentation---Blending---Sterilization---Homogenization---Filling
4) CIP Cleaning Section:
Use water to prewash---Use alkali liquid to wash the milk dirt---Use clean water to wash the left alkali liquid---Use acid liquid to wash organic matter---Use clean water to remove all the remains---Input steam
