Automatic Plate Sterilizer Machine(Fresh Soybean Milk )

Automatic plate sterilizer's optional capacity from 1t/hr to 30t/hr.The system work in aseptic section and normal section, for the technical require-ments of filling at low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature. The seven-section heat exchanger ensures minimum consumptionof energy.Ultra-high temperature water is employed as the media for the heating of materials and temperature adjustment of filling exit,featuring high accuracy.

Classification of Plate Sterilizer

Automatic configuration：it adopts computer procedure to control PLC technology, according to set process requirements, to control whole process of production, with CIP cleaning procedures to automatically clean.

Semi-automatic configuration: the whole process of operation is semi-automatically control. Operator can control the pumps, valves and back flow function on the control panel. By the temperature control PID to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature has a continuous record.

Usages of Plate Sterilizer

It is for sterilize the milk, tea, juice, jam and any other beverage liquid.
