Soya beans may not be completely new to this part of the world, but having it available in homes as natural milk is what is coming up anew.     Soya beans are an excellent source of protein because it has no cholesterol and low amounts of fat unlike meat. Therefore soya beans are an important part of a diet for lowering cholesterol and will do just that naturally without any medication.
